Churchhopping v1.0 was a site to help people find a church home when moving to a new city. I thought it was a good idea, but the progress was slow and I am impatient. So I decided to move in a new direction and now we have ChurchHopping v2.0 whose content renders the web address completely irrelevant.
Hopefully what you will find here will be articles written on interesting aspects of the Bible and the Church. Ideally it is something that you do not learn about from your normal sermon or Bible study. Possibly it’ll be something you can bring up in conversation and impress friends with your astute knowledge of the things of God. And just maybe those conversations will become more frequent amongst Christians, especially when they are outside of church walls.
I do promise you that my research is done to the best of my ability and with as many resources as I can afford. I also promise you that each article is not an all encompassing and exhaustive look at the topic. Often I deal with issues of doctrine and theology and while you will probably catch my beliefs sneaking out in my writing, I do not always give you an authoritative, black-or-white resolution.
