If you don't mind shelling out the cash then Logos is a great thing. As for the quality, I have read quite a bit of what Dr. Constable teaches and have to say that I agree with his theology much more often than not. Though I have read concerns about some of the theology of the Word Biblical Commentary (<a href = "http://parablemania.ektopos.com/archives/2006/02/word_biblical_c.html" rel="nofollow">see here</a>) I agree that a commentary in Logos is probably the most user friendly, but not everyone wants to throw the cash into buying that software.
